What is the warranty policy on tools?
Gray Tools understands that professionals count on our tools to make a living. For this reason we stand behind the quality of our products by offering a limited lifetime warranty*. In the unlikely event that a product fails, warranty will be granted quickly and unconditionally, providing the products were used for the application intended. Products used inappropriately or not maintained properly will not be considered for warranty.

What is warranty claim process?
Simply bring the tool to any of our independent specialty resellers. The reseller is trained to guide you through the rest of the warranty process. In order to ensure faster service and resolution we strongly encourage you to bring the tool to the original place of purchase along with the original proof of sale.

What type of certificate is included with each torque wrench?
Torque wrenches are all shipped with a factory calibration receipt. This receipt confirms that tool has been checked and its tolerances are within +/- 3% before leaving the factory. This factory receipt is not a replacement to an independent third party laboratory Certificate of Calibration. In many workplaces and industries, a Certificate of Calibration is required, often annually.
